2000 Lincoln Continental Automatic Transmission:

2000 Lincoln Continental Automatic transmission. Please ask any questions before buying -- I'll respond ASAP! If you need additional pictures, etc. - just ask!
3 MONTH WARRANTY*This is a used OEM transmission.I will give a 90 day money back warranty on this transmission. There is NO warranty on gaskets, seals, lines, coolers, or electronic parts such as sensors or neutral switches. It will have to be installed by a certified mechanic (not some guy in his back yard that thinks he's a mechanic!) It must be installed to current OEM specifications for a new transmission install. It must have the fluid flushed and filled and the filter must be replaced with a new one. Failure to flush and flow-test the system on your vehicle will void the warranty. I also recommend replacing the front seal on all transmissions - they are usually inexpensive and easy to replace while the transmission is out of the vehicle.
Contact us with any questions Thanks!DELIVERY - ONLY TO CONTINENTAL US!! Delivery to a commercially zoned area capable of unloading an 18 wheel truck. Must have a forklift or dock.If you are going to put this in yourself and do not have a commercial address, you can have it delivered to the nearest terminal and go pick it up - you can rent a uhaul or another truck if you do not have one. It is a little extra effort, but there is usually no charge for doing this and most carriers are good to deal with in this way. Another option is to have the carrier deliver to a residential address - they will bring the part on a truck with a lift gate. This will get the part to your curb, but you will usually need to move the part from there to where you need it. It is the driver's choice if they will put it in your garage for you and they are not paid to do so or required to do so, but many will. This can cost $75 or more for this service - I will arrange whatever you would like, but recommend picking it up at a terminal, it's usually easier.Typically the item will be delivered to a local freight terminal where you will be contacted to pick it up.We need a phone number to forward to the freight company so that they can contact you when your item arrives.I will try to keep you informed about the delivery process. I am not yet an expert and have only dealt with freight companies a few times. If you are in the area, contact me and we can probably work it out for you to pick it up or me to drop it off or meet you somewhere to get the item in your hands. I'd discount it a bit, as I wouldn't have to crate and deal with the shipment. *Residential delivery is available for a fee.****NO ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER****3 month warranty on the transmission only - no labor, no rental car, no fluid, filter, seals, or any other associated cost with the repair. Item must be returned for refund.
These parts are used. Expect some surface rust, grease, dirt, oil, oxidation, and other filth on the parts.***Free local delivery - contact me and if you are within a reasonable distance, I can bring it to you -- I'd need help lifting it from the back of my truck.***Donor Vehicle - 2000 Lincoln Continental. I drove the car around and was able to test the transmission. Car had a suspension problem so I was not able to go fast with it. I put the car on the lift and shifted the transmission. It seemed to work good and did not hesitate. I drove the car into the shop but was not able to take it on the road. Transmission seems good. I can remove pan and take a picture if there are any concerns, but I would not go through the efforts of removing, listing, and shipping unless I was confident it was a good unit.
Interchange - It should fit a 1999-2000 Lincoln Continental. I can check connectors or hookups if you need me to. If you are unsure, please ask me, a mechanic, the manufacturer, or another authority before you buy it! Please make sure you need the part and it isn't a loose wire or something before you buy it. It will be a better transaction if you know that you are buying the right part for your vehicle and the part is going to repair what you want fixed on the vehicle.
About us: We are a small shop in Manchester, TN. Just myself, my wife and a friend. I've always loved working with cars and we lost our jobs in construction and opened this shop. We are small and will try to provide the best customer experience possible. I will stand behind all items I sell that they are in good working order. Of course they are used parts and will eventually fail, but I have a high degree of confidence that we sell only good working parts. There is a lot of effort involved in selling a part like this and if I have any question about it's quality, I will leave it on the car to go to the scrap yard. If you have any questions, want additional pictures, want me to check an area that is a common failing point on the part, I will try my best to accommodate any requests. I don't generally do phone calls, I work all facets of this job, so I keep pretty busy. My hands are usually dirty, so email works best for me. But if you are much more comfortable on the phone I'd be happy to talk to you, I just can't promise an immediate call back. I consider myself quite reasonable and want your business. I'll do whatever I can to make this as good of a transaction as I can. If you have any questions, problems or issues, just let me know and let me have a chance to make it right before bad response or complaining or just being unhappy with the transaction. I promise to do my best!
THANKS FOR LOOKING!
