In order to help our customers feel confident that they are making a fully informed purchase, we take pictures of the actual product for sale (rather than generic stock photo). We want our customers to be able to view exactly what it is they are buying.
Shipping –
At Wheel Innovations we take the time to stock and inspect every wheel before listing. Purchases will either leave our facility same day, or within one business day, ensuring your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible. Boxes, APO’s, FPO’s or military mail boxes.
Payment-
We accept payment in the form of all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment may be made via or telephone. Items will not ship until payment is received. We are required to collect 7% sales tax to all orders shipped to FL state residents. This will be added to your order upon checkout.

Return Policy & Warranty-
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Wheel Innovations. We want our customers to feel free to return any wheel that you are not satisfied with, as long a sales representative is contacted within 14 business days of receipt and the wheel has not been mounted or altered in anyway. We do not charge restocking fees but the customer is responsible for the exact cost of return shipping. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Wheel Innovations hopes that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However,Wheel Innovations will not accept returns nor warranty any wheels that have been subject to any abuse, including damaging the surface due to neglect, road salt, harsh conditions, or improper wheel care including cleaning with abrasives brushes and/or strong chemicals. Warranty is also not extended to damage to the wheel surface during tire mounting and installation, including using improper tools and damages that are created by wheel weights. Loading the wheel beyond the applicable maximum wheel load or using a tire that is oversized.
