This header panel should fit a 1978-1980 Mercury Monarch. Please check that it will be correct for your vehicle. It has writing on the top that says 77 Monarch, but I believe that is incorrect. It is in good used condition with typical scuffs and scratches and a few cracked spots. The grille is broken along the top as shown in the photos. The upper emblem is loose. The mount tabs are intact. I do not know if any of the bulbs work. Please study the photos for condition.
