This is a 1974 Quadrajet 4 barrel carburetor. I is for a454 Chevrolet. Part number is 7044223 and datedL3 or (Dec. 1973). It appears to be complete as far as I can tell.

I believe it is for a Corvette. Please do your homework to be sure.
