Undeliverable or Refused Shipments: Packages will be returned to us if the package cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, not picked up from UPS or FedEx facility, or if the customers refuses delivery. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred for all packages returned to us for the above merchandise is expected to never be flawless even if listings states items are new takeoffs, great, excellent, refurbished, mint or low miles, expect some signs of wear. Wheels/Tires may get dirty from handling, storage, or shipping, small scuffs, scratches , brake dust, wheel weight residue are signs of normal wear and tear and should always be expected as they are used. Used Tires are just that, used, expect that they might've been patched up but are still in good useable condition.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the wheels are the correct size and that they will fit the vehicle. We do our best to research the fitment applications which are posted above for your convenience. Again, buyer must research the information with their vehicle for fitment. NO REFUND will be given for fitment Days Return Policy-Only Approved Returns will be accepted. Replacements and Exchanges are offered. Merchandise Credit or Refund are given only when items are not available for exchanges.

If for any reasons your wheels/tires arrives not as described, either due to wrong item or shipping damages, we offer the following options:

Buyer must contact us by email to initiate a return within 3days of delivery. Please state the reason for returns along with pictures and documents to help speed up the process. If Returns is approved, buyer will be instructed to properly place items back into it's original package and ship items back to us. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Buyers must ship our items back using any trackable shipping services within 7days of approved returns. Failure to ship the return items back within the time allowed, seller won't accept returns and Sales are Final. No Exception!

No exchanges/replacements are given until items are back in our shop and inspected. If available, a deposit is required if buyer wants replacement or exchange shipped prior to returning damaged wheels/tires back for inspections.

Once we receive the wheels back to our shop, it will be inspected throughly.To protect us from Buyers making false claims, these are the things we will be looking for:

• What is the condition of the returned items- was it in its original packaging, is the item ours?
• Is there any sign of damages- either due to transportation, installations, or deliberately.
• We will inspect the wheels for bent and out of balances.
• Tires will be tested for leaks and punctures

After the inspection, and we've conclude that your claim is valid, we will proceed with your return. Absolutely, No Returns on items as described, buyer's change of mind or fitment issues. Buyer's responsible for all related shipping charges.
