• If the package is lost in transit, replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by shipping company.
• Mistakes do happen. If you receive an incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital photo of the item. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label. (For domestic shipment only)
• If buyer purchased the wrong item by mistake and wants a return, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
