PAYMENT Please contact if using anything other than PayPal.
6% Sales tax applies to all Michigan residents (unless exempt) and to ALL items that are picked up.
We do not ship or process your order until payment is received in full and we have all correct shipping information. We require payment in full within 7 days of an purchase. After 7 days, an Unpaid Item Dispute opened through and your part will be relisted.

SHIPPING Customer pick up is available at no extra charge for all parts except engines. If picking up an engine there is a $30 CORE charge on the skid. If you bring the skid back you will get $30 back. Please contact us as soon as possible after the sale to let us know when you will be picking the item up.

SHIPPING SMALLER ITEMS:
We ship most of our smaller items out via UPS withing the US and use US Postal Service for anything outside of that. We ship out the day of or the day after payment and full shipping details are recieved.



FREIGHT ITEMS:
The following terms apply when buying an engine, transmission or other oversized item from us. Please read these through carefully before you make your purchase.

Due to the fact that we ship in large quantity we get extra low rates from our freight companies. We will do our absolute best to get your shipment to you as cheap as possible. We do not mark up our freight.
The only charge beside the freight that you will pay is a $30 pallet fee. When given a quote, this fee is included. This covers the pallet,materials and manpower used to prepare your item for shipment. Buyer is free to arrange shipping but the pallet fee will still need to be paid before item is shipped.
For cheapest freight, arrange for your item to be shipped to a commercial address with a loading dock or other means of removing the item from the freight carriers’ truck. Freight items that are shipped to residences are more expensive due to the fact that the carrier will need to unload them and manuever their truck in a residential area. If you cannot arrange for your item to be shipped to a business and you do not want to pay the extra charges for residential delivery we can have the item shipped to the Local Carrier shipping hub where you can come and pick it up yourself.
PLEASE CONTACT US FOR AN ACCURATE SHIPPING QUOTE. We will need to know the ZIP code, whether it will be shipped to a commercial or residential address, and if a forklift is avaible to unload.

Residential Delivery is available for an extra charge. If a freight item is marked as a residential address your order will be held until we recieve all your shipping information (Name, Address, Phone Number)

Commercial address: A commercially zoned area able to unload a freight item from a freight truck. Example would be the shop that's doing the work for you. A shop operating at a residence or farm is not considered commercial unless its a commercial zoned area. All Commercial addresses must include a working phone # and name of business. If we do not have a business name your item WILL NOT be shipped.

Local Terminal Pick Up: Terminal's are usually the local location of the carrier the item is being shipped with. Some carriers are also run from the nearby airport. The terminal will notify you when your shipment has been received and is ready for pick up. They will be able to load the item on your vehicle for you or have means to assist you in loading. Terminals range in distance from your location. We do our best to get them as close as possible but in some cases they may be a bit of a drive from you. For terminal pick ups we suggest you call before making payment to ensure we get it to a terminal close by.

Shipping carrier is determined at the time of shipment.

Shipping Damage Claims

You must inspect your purchased item(s) when you receive them and immediately notify the shipping carrier before they leave. Please notify by e-mail or 800.364.6119 ext 115 if the item(s) were damaged at the time you received them and we will help you with your claim. In order for us to get reimbursed by the shipping company for damage they caused, this must be done. After we receive notification from the shipping company that they will cover the damages, we will send a replacement item or reimburse you for your purchase and shipping cost only.

WARRANTY/RETURN We offer a standard 90 day parts warranty on most of our small mechanical parts, with the option to buy an extended lifetime warranty on most for a small fee.
On engines, transmissions, and axle assemblies we off a standard 90 day parts only warranty with the local option of buying a one, two, or three year extended parts and labor warranty. Availability of an extended warranty depends on the amount of mileage the item has.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. If the item is found to be faulty, we will refund the shipping cost.
If you want to return a non-faulty item you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
