Shipping
Extreme Customs offer\'s FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Please verify your shipping address prior to checkout as we are unable to make any changes once checkout is complete.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase during business hours. Most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer.
If a shipment has arrived damaged or is the incorrect item, please contact us via message to inform us. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange of the damage or incorrect item(s).
Returns
Extreme Customs will accept returns on unmounted, unused product(s) within 30 days of delivery. There will be a 25 percent restocking fee. Wheels cannot be returned after tires have been mounted; nor tires returned after they have been driven on. Wheels that are build to order and/or custom painted can not be returned nor exchanged.
Terms
TIRE DOT POLICY:
All of our suppliers ship tires with DOT dates that do not exceed 4 years. If you receive a tire with a DOT date of more than 4 years from the date of purchase, please send us an message. For any tire with a DOT date that is less than 4 years old from the date of purchase, you may return it, but will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
PRICING POLICY:
Extreme Customs uploads spreadsheets and has FTP feeds from several suppliers that will change the price on products as they change. Periodically, there will be pricing errors due to system and/or human error. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product. Extreme Customs reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice. We will do our best to honor the price or provide you a discount.
MANUFACTURER\'S WARRANTY POLICY:
Product covered by a manufacturer\'s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer\'s warranty as long as it\'s within the timeframe. Extreme Customs will not be held responsible for return shipment charges on approved warranties to and from the customer and the manufacturer.

Extreme Customs started mounting, balancing and shipping wheels & tires out of a garage! We now have millions of dollars worth of wheels, tires, lift kits & accessories IN-STOCK at our Oshkosh, WI location and ship nationwide!
We also have CNC machines for drilling custom offsets, bolt patterns and hub bores and use top of the line Hunter equipment (tire mounting & balancing machines). We can take care of your lowered car, lifted truck and our sister company, Tire Reps, can take care of your car, truck, minivan or SUV!
