This is for a 1968 Hurst Hemi Dodge Dart Tribute car. It was built by SS and AFX out of New River, AZ. This was a Full Rotisere Restoration. The engine is a 426 Race Hemi, NOT a crate  Hemi, but built from all new parts, balanced & blueprinted. Now ladies I said Race Hemi, which means 12:1 Ross pistons, Manley Rods, 660 lift Crane Solid Roller, Aluminum Heads, Magnesium Crossram & correct 770 Holley's, MSD Box. It has a Lakewood Shield, Passion Performance Aluminum Case A833 4 speed, Husrt Shifter w/Reverse Lockout, 4:10 Posi Dana  60 Rear, SS leaf springs, pinion snubber, Big Drum Rear Brakes, Wilwood Disc Fronts, Super Stock Interior, Plexiglas side windows w/seatbelt raisers, radio/heater/rear view mirror delete plates. SW Cable Drive Tach, Oil Pressure Gauge, American Racing TorqThrust Wheels. It has Fiberglass Fenders and Hood.  It's about 99% acurate to a real car. Now girls it has  Open Headerswith 4" collectors, so it's alittle loud. I have driven it locally to Car Shows for the last 4 years without any Police problems, so you know I haven't driven it too hard. I kept  meaning to get mufflers put on, but that thought always disappeared when I started it up. It has the trunk mounted SS battery (Gelcell) Runs & drives great in most weather, if it's 95  degrees and bumper to bumper rush hour traffic it's not happy, but other than that it's fine. I average app. 250-260 miles a year, it gets app. 3-4 miles per gallon of 110 octane racing gas.  The car has 1400+ miles, Greg put 350 on when he built it, working the bugs out & breaking it in. Body started as a clean Arizona body, very straight, original sheet metal.  This carwins  just about everyshow i attend, either First in class or Best of Show. The 3 I'm most proud of are "Most Illegal" from a local Police Dept. There is nothing wrong with it, it starts & drives  great, I have a chance to purchase a Real A990 car and '65's are my childhood love. This isn't a fire sale. I don't need to move it, I just really need the room right now.  Please note, if your looking for a 10:1 CR, 93 octane pump gas car, that sounds like a new Challenger with glass packs on it, that you can click into drive and go to Starbucks for a latte, it's probably not  for you. These cars came from a lost era, where the driver's skills were as important as horsepower. Any serious questions just ask, I'm not interested in any trades, but if you have a real  60's Mopar Hemi Drag Race Car, 4 speed (not a modern updated freak) I'll listen. PLEASE mentally challenged wanta-bees, DO NOT send me offers for what a set of valve covers cost, AGAIN THIS IS NOT A FIRE SALE, I"M NOT EATING OUT OF A DUMPSTER, I HAVE A JOB. SERIOUS QUESTIONS Bob 708-452-4917     .
