This car was the recipient of a multi-year, frame off, nut and bolt restoration with no expsense spared and no corner cut. The car was shown at the Oldsmobile Nationals and won 1st in class and was awarded a score of 987 points out of 1000. The minor deductions have since been corrected. This car was produced at the Lansing, MI plant, sold new at Sandusky Co. in Kingfisher, OK and was very well equipped from the factory. The car comes with the original window sticker documenting it as a real 442 and its options. It was equipped with the very rare 455cid V8, Turbo 400 Automatic, anti-spin differential, am/fm radio, 8 track player, soft-ray tinted glass, front and rear floormats, sport console, air conditioning, power brakes with front discs, cruise control, tilt steering, power steering, rocket rallye pac gauges, 442 package,  visor vanity mirror, and bumper guards. It had an original MSRP of $5,547.94. It has been restored to the highest of standards, is a proven show winner and drives every bit as great as it looks. it is estimated that there were less than 200 455 equipped 442 convertibles like this made. It is quite a rare car.
