1969 Plymouth GTX 440. I am selling my 69 GTX 440, this is a very nice vehicle. This vehicle comes with original buildsheet, fendertag, original dealer sheets that were put in glovebox, has # on vin tag as well as radiator support. I have original fendertag which is off car as it is very rusty, and have had TRIM TAGS make a new fendertag for car which will be included. Automatic on floor, posi with 3:23 gears, 8 3/4 rear end. power steering and power brakes. Vehicle was originally blue hardtop 440, color change done in 2006 which included adding vinyl top and engine blueprinting & balancing. This is a non #'s matching motor, the 440 is a 69 440 that has been professionaly balanced and blueprinted. Exterior black paint is slick, body is straight! Car retains original hood, trunk, front fenders, doors, origina trunk & undercarriage. Rear quarters were replaced in 2006. There are new outer door handles, plymouth hood and trunk emblems, side moldings & red pinstripe. Interior is clean and presents itself well. Dash pad is perfect, dash cluster and gauges are like new, seats are in excellent condition, console is is excellent condition, new inner door handles, window cranks, bucket seat hinge covers, sill plates and windlace, & pedal bezels. Vehicle can be driven anywhere, and can be shown. I consider this vehicle much above driver quality but it is not a Barret Jackson type vehicle and I am also not asking $60k. All lights(low & highbeam) working, interior directionals, speedometer, tachometer, console lights, license plate lamp, dash lights, exterior directionals and brake lights working. This is one of the nicest driving B-Bodies I have ever been in! Has 3:23 posi, can cruise anywhere. Restored woodgrain wheel, new vinyl top, all chrome exterior moldings & glass beautiful! New Magnum 50's with centers, flowmaster exhaust system hooked up to original exhaust manifolds( great sound) Engine estimated at 400h.p, mopar purple shaft cam .484 lift, mopar single plane intake, 750 edelbrock barb, steel heads, aluminum raditor, dual electric fans, original upper radiator hose, repo red cap battery, original air cleaner restored. One of the sharpest GTX's I have seen in a long time & I cannot stress how strong this motor runs and awesome it sounds! I hate to sell this car because GTX's are getting scarce especially in this condition but other obligations have come up. Feel free to call me at 315 339-0920 with any questions, I reserve the riht to cancel any and all bids and vehicle is for sale locally. ** This auction has cost me in excess of $100 to list the car, please take it serious and if there is any doubt of obtaining financing, if you are not sure your wife will approve, or just not certain that you can afford this vehicle do not bid! If you place a bid and win this car you are obligated to buy it.....Please have financing and persission handled before you place bid.On Feb-06-12 at 08:57:38 PST, seller added the following information:I have had alot requesting I put a buy it now on the auction so they can purchase. I will let auction run its course. Also, forgot to add this is an air conditioning car and I have the complete a/c unit, ducts, pump etc wrapped up that goes with car. I also have in the box the original style chrome exhaust tips and reproduction ($600) tail light bezels that have not been put on yet along with new black wires, correct scripted coil and coil bracket. I am not forced to sell car due to financial purposes. I would like to pay off a student loan obligation, but if cannot get $$$ I want for car I will ot sell it. Please again look closely at pics and understand how much money it takes to get a 69 GTX where this one is. You can't find decent projects for $10k anymore. This is a nice ride!
