This is a 1962 Triple Carb, Side Shift Transmission, MK II 3000 BT 7 (VIN no. HBT7L15729) that has undergone a full restoration process at Fabworks Industries in Santa Ana, CA.  This was bought from the Bay City Auto Company, Michigan in 10/06/09.  The DMV Registration states that the mileage is 7768 but it is not the actual mileage.  When we opened the engine and transmission to start the rebuild we found that the engine and transmission had already been rebuilt by the previous owner. It was decided to just replace the gaskets and mounts. The car was completely striped down to bare metal and had a full professional custom paint job at California Classics. The interior is newly upholstered in completele leather with blue and  off white piping. The top is brand new (Robbins Auto Top Company. Inc) with warranty.  These were the new parts put on during the restoration process: - Ingnition system coil igniter- Shocks (Front and Back)- Suspension Linkage- Full set of lights (front to back) - Rebuilt triple carb setup - Wire harness - Blower  - Intrustrument climate control - Bumpers (front and back) - Fog light bar setup with badges - Rear trunk new carpet  - Battery - Steering wheel  - Horn turn signal assembly - Horn - Hoses- Radiator- Clutch- Pressure Plate - Flywheel - Voltage regulator  - Rubber grommets through out car - Weather strips - Hood rubber supports - Cigarette lighter - Fans  - Belts- Mirrors This automobile drives and handles perfectly, the engine fires up instantly, the suspension and steering are tight, the clutch is new and still has to be broken in by the next owner. Except for the few test drives to fine tune the engine and suspension settings, the car is not being used.  The fortunate buyer of this car will enjoy driving an iconic classic car for many years to come
